Passport Collection
It is recommended to check the status of the passport on the website
www.ukvac-th.com before coming to collect the same at the UK Visa
Application Centre. The British Embassy Bangkok normally takes 3-5 working days
to consider applications. In addition, should the Embassy require an applicant
to attend an interview, the UK Visa Application centre will contact the
applicant and inform the date and time of the interview accordingly.

Options available for collecting passport:
1. Collection at UKVAC
Applicants who wish to collect the passport at the UK Visa Application centre
will need to produce:
Original receipt issued at the application centre at the time of submission.
Data page of the passport with VFS stamp
Note:
If applicants wish to assign a second person to collect passport on their
behalf, the authorized person needs to produce:
Original receipt issued at the application centre at the time of submission
Data page of the passport with VFS stamp
Letter of authorization from the principle applicant.
Photo Copy of ID card of the authorized person.
Passport Collection: Monday - Friday; 1500hrs - 1630hrs (except holidays)
2. Courier Collection
Applicants may choose to have their passports couriered to the closest
collection centre at the time of submission of application by paying a nominal
additional charge.
Note:
1.All Charges must be paid at the time of submission
2.Kindly produce a proof of identity of the applicant or the representative
at the time of collecting the shipment through courier

Upcountry locations: ฿ 310 (Chiang Mai, Chonburi, Samutsakorn, and outskirts of
Bangkok)
