You think you were not treated with courtesy and respect ; or
You have ideas on how we can improve our service ; or
You were satisfied with the service we provided.
We aim to respond to your complaint within 48 hours, in accordance with our
service level standards. To help us achieve this please provide as much
information as you can, including where possible:
the visa section where the application was made
the full name of the applicant
the applicant's date of birth
the type of application
the date of application
any reference number(s)
name of the VFS attending officer
